Good staff, central location, close to metro, good infrastructure , interior design reminiscent of aristocratic St. Petersburg, modern elements like glass partition, breakfast served to room, no outside noise, air conditioning for warm and cold regime.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the location was ideal as it was close to the metro and easily accessible to all the tourist attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thirdly, the rooms were beautifully designed with attention to detail, offering a nice view of the surroundings. Finally, the breakfast served to our room was delicious and a great way to start the day.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better - close to the railway terminal and within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The interiors were clean, stylish, and had all the modern amenities I needed. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even served breakfast to my room at a time that suited me. The attention to detail and the friendly service made my stay truly enjoyable.

Great location, within walking distance to attractions and public transportation. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. Breakfast was not consistent and often had leftovers from the previous day.

The hotel’s staff was amazing and had a real positive attitude which made everything perfect. the location was perfect for New Year's Eve, a walking distance from major attractions and fireworks. The breakfast, served directly in our room, was great and really delicious. It is a great pleasure to smell coffee in the morning and eat tasty food while still in bed.

The hotel could benefit from a more inviting entrance and it was quite hard to find the first time. The elevator was a bit slow and sometimes it was hard to fit with more people and luggage.

I loved everything about this hotel from the location close to transportation to the cleanliness and excellent hotel facilities. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Breakfast was served in my room at a convenient time and it was delicious. the hotel is fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast offers a good selection of food to start the day.

Despite the great location and comfortable rooms, the hotel lacks a concierge service, making it less suitable for first-timers to the city who may require more assistance with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations.
